Strength and Flexibility with Amy

All levels, all body types. This class is amazing for anyone looking to improve their flexibility and strength! We will start out with a warm up, for your joints and muscles. Using active and passive stretching, and traditional yoga poses, we will focus on breath and in releasing tension throughout the body. Class will help deepen our posture and improve flexibility, strength and range of motion
