This class will be an introduction to meditation. We will discuss the different types of meditation and the benefits meditation can have in your daily life.
Meditation is simple to learn and involves some fairly straightforward techniques. We will go over some of the different ways to add meditation to your daily routine.
It will be a 1 hour class with a short 15 minute guided meditation at the end. My intention is to have you leaving feeling refreshed and ready to start your own meditation practice.
